This Return Policy explains how to cancel purchases and return the Vigorance food supplement in line with EU consumer protection rules and practical logistics. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Who this policy covers
If you are a Consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area and you purchased remotely from Vloxarinshyx, you generally benefit from a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions listed below. Business purchases may follow separate commercial arrangements documented at checkout.
2. Withdrawal period
Where the withdrawal right applies, you have fourteen calendar days from the day you—or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier—receive the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the fourteen-day period expires.
3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
You may use the model withdrawal form below or send a clear statement by email to supportcenter@vloxarinshyx.world or through the contact form at index.html#contact. Include your name, address, order number, and decision to withdraw.

4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the standard rate (excluding supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from when we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement beyond what third-party payment rules require.
5. Return shipment
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch before the fourteen-day period expires. Unless we offer to collect, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when the contract information stated so in accordance with Article 40 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Return shipments should use tracked services where available; retain proof of posting.
6. Condition of returned goods
Goods must show no more handling than necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are liable for diminished value only where handling went beyond what was necessary.
7. Exception for sealed food supplements
According to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Vigorance is supplied in sealed packaging. Opening the seal after delivery typically removes the withdrawal right for hygiene and safety reasons. If the seal remains intact and the product is unused, withdrawal remains available within the statutory period subject to verification upon return.
8. Defective or damaged products
If you receive a damaged parcel or a product that does not conform to the contract, contact us promptly with photographs where helpful. Statutory warranty rights apply separately from withdrawal and may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination depending on circumstances.
9. Refund timing and partial returns
If you return only part of a bundle where permitted, we may adjust refunds proportionally. Promotional discounts may be recalculated if conditions required a minimum spend.
10. International returns
For returns originating outside the Netherlands, customs documentation may apply. Mark returns clearly as “Returned goods” to avoid duties duplication; follow instructions we provide.
11. Contact for returns
Email supportcenter@vloxarinshyx.world with your order reference before shipping high-value returns so we can confirm the address and any RMA number. Our customer team operates from Amsterdam during published hours.
12. Refund method and currency
Refunds are processed in euros to the original payment instrument where technically possible. If reversal is not possible, we will agree an alternative method that does not impose fees on you beyond third-party payment rules. Processing times depend on banks and may take several business days after we initiate the refund.
13. Statutory warranty claims
Legal guarantee rights exist independently from withdrawal. If a product is defective, follow our warranty process described in the Terms of Service. Do not discard items until we authorise disposal where evidence is required.
14. Hygiene and safety checks
Returned products undergo inspection. We may refuse refunds where tampering, misuse, or contamination is reasonably suspected, subject to your statutory rights.
15. Environmental considerations
Where possible, reuse outer packaging for returns to reduce waste. Recycle materials according to local rules after your return is completed.
16. Changes
We may update this Return Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The effective date will change accordingly. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
